Cassandra Shedd , President , Relationship Management, Computershare

Cassandra is an energetic management professional with 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Her experience encompasses both debt and equity. Prior to her tenure at Computershare, she spent 12 years with BNY Mellon working in structured, international and public finance. She has considerable experience providing cost effective solutions that meet issuer and shareholder needs. She has supported her clients through many corporate events such as annual meetings, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions as well as day to day activities. Cassandra holds both graduate and undergraduate degrees in economics. She is a native of Atlanta and has been working in Atlanta since 2006.

Megan Cochard , Treasurer , Director, Investor Relations, Novelis, Inc.

Megan Cochard is the Director of Investor Relations for Novelis, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of the IR function for Novelis, including day-to-day interactions with its fixed income investors and analysts. She also provides support to the equity analysts and investors of Novelis’ parent company, Hindalco Industries, based in India. Megan also serves as a strategic advisor to Senior Management on issues related to IR, including capital markets expectations and reactions to events and announcements.

Prior to joining Novelis in 2010, Ms. Cochard spent ten years in various investor relations and finance positions in a range of industries including consumer goods manufacturing and software. Most recently, she worked in investor relations at Home Depot (NYSE:HD), the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer and a member of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Ms. Cochard holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University and has been a member of NIRI since 2004.

Bill McCarthy is Vice President-Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations for Neenah Paper, Inc., a global producer of premium and specialty papers. Bill started with Neenah Paper in early 2004, helping to prepare the company for its November spin-off from Kimberly-Clark and initial public stock and bond offerings. In addition to Investor Relations duties, Bill is responsible for strategic planning and business/financial analysis.

Prior to joining Neenah Paper, Bill worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation in various financial roles. From 1995-2003, Bill was Finance Director for Kimberly-Clark’s Latin American Operations, with responsibility for all financial activities including analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury, and tax. During this time, he helped complete more than 25 acquisitions and/or joint ventures that resulted in Kimberly Clark’s leading position in this region. Bill also has worked as Financial Manager/Controller for one of the company’s large domestic consumer products mills and has held numerous other staff and business unit financial roles. Bill started in Kimberly-Clark in the Internal Audit department.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and also holds a Master of Business Administration, with emphasis in accounting, from California State University-Fullerton.

James W. (Jimmy) Stewart , Director at Large , Manager, Investor Relations, Southern Company

In his current role, Jimmy is responsible for maintaining proactive communications with the investment community and Wall Street analysts that follow Southern Company and the electric utility industry. Dan Aldridge is the former Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where he was responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision.
