Dan Aldridge , President , Investor Relations Professional

Dan is currently the Managing Partner for Asbury Investor Relations (AIR). AIR is an innovative strategic communications firm, focused on helping small and mid cap public companies to maximize their efforts with the investment community. They offer a value-added alternative to traditional IR resource models with services ranging from advisory and special situation engagements to full and partial outsourcing of key investor relations functions. He was formerly the Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where was is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision. Prior to ICE, Dan led the Investor Relations function for CF Industries, INC., based in Chicago, IL. Prior to CF, Dan helped lead the IR department at The Home Depot and had leadership roles in their internal audit/consulting and FP&A functions for over seven years. Dan started his career at UPS where he had increasing levels of responsibility in the Internal audit, and FP&A departments, including M&A. Dan is a graduate of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BA and Masters degrees in Accounting. Dan also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. He is also the President for the National Investor Relations Institution (NIRI), having served since 2013.

Jeff Karcher , VP

Jeff Karcher is the Regional Head - Southeast for the New York Stock Exchange based in Atlanta, GA. Jeff joined ICE/NYSE in 2015 after spending almost 30 years working in the institutional equity research business in a variety of roles including sales, management, product development and research coordination at PaineWebber, Deutsche Bank, RBC and Knight Capital. His primary responsibilities are for the large listing client relationships in the Southeast ensuring company management’s understand and recognize the unique market model which embodies the NYSE.

Jeff is also a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s Strategic Growth Committee and the Board of Directors for FinTech Atlanta. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance. Originally a native of Cleveland, Ohio, he and his wife Nancy have six children and enjoys golf and the Georgia mountains.

Megan Cochard , Treasurer

Megan Cochard is the Director of Investor Relations for Novelis, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for leading all aspects of the IR function for Novelis, including day-to-day interactions with its fixed income investors and analysts. She also provides support to the equity analysts and investors of Novelis’ parent company, Hindalco Industries, based in India. Megan also serves as a strategic advisor to Senior Management on issues related to IR, including capital markets expectations and reactions to events and announcements.

Prior to joining Novelis in 2010, Ms. Cochard spent ten years in various investor relations and finance positions in a range of industries including consumer goods manufacturing and software. Most recently, she worked in investor relations at Home Depot (NYSE:HD), the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer and a member of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Ms. Cochard holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Georgetown University and has been a member of NIRI since 2004.

Bill McCarthy , Secretary

Bill McCarthy is Vice President-Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations for Neenah Paper, Inc., a global producer of premium and specialty papers. Bill started with Neenah Paper in early 2004, helping to prepare the company for its November spin-off from Kimberly-Clark and initial public stock and bond offerings. In addition to Investor Relations duties, Bill is responsible for strategic planning and business/financial analysis.

Prior to joining Neenah Paper, Bill worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation in various financial roles. From 1995-2003, Bill was Finance Director for Kimberly-Clark’s Latin American Operations, with responsibility for all financial activities including analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury, and tax. During this time, he helped complete more than 25 acquisitions and/or joint ventures that resulted in Kimberly Clark’s leading position in this region. Bill also has worked as Financial Manager/Controller for one of the company’s large domestic consumer products mills and has held numerous other staff and business unit financial roles. Bill started in Kimberly-Clark in the Internal Audit department.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and also holds a Master of Business Administration, with emphasis in accounting, from California State University-Fullerton.

Steve Robinson is Senior Account Executive of the Atlanta Business Wire bureau, which covers all of Georgia. Business Wire, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, is the global leader in press release distribution and regulatory disclosure. Steve has been with Business Wire since 2008 and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

Prior to joining Business Wire, Steve worked at Avaya, as Client Executive focusing on enterprise communications solutions. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University.

Rebecca Gardy , Senior Vice President, Investor Relations

Rebecca joined GreenSky as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations prior to its IPO in May, 2018 and is an integral member of the GreenSky senior management team. Rebecca brings a breadth of experience beginning with Corporate Banking at European American Bank, leading to M&A work with KPMG, then with Arthur Anderson as Director of Corporate Finance. She led the Procurement Strategy at iXL as the VP Strategic Planning and became their Development Partner identifying, structuring and negotiating 30 strategic alliance relationships. At this point in her career she developed her own Company, a creative art studio designed to aide creative thinking and cognitive skill development through art. Following a position as Director at Quiznos where she structured and developed various marketing initiatives and strategic alliances to drive volume she became the Director of Strategic Marketing and Innovation at Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen. While at Popeye’s, she led Investor Relations and served as the primary voice of Popeye’s value proposition to investors, analysts and other key stakeholders. Rebecca went on to lead major growth as the Senior Director, Investor Relations at Nike, Inc. and most recently as the Investor Relations Officer at SecureWorks.

Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her MBA with a concentration in Finance from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Her and her husband, Scott, have a son who is a freshman at Georgia Tech, and a daughter in her freshman year of high school.

In his current role, Jimmy is responsible for maintaining proactive communications with the investment community and Wall Street analysts that follow Southern Company and the electric utility industry. Responsibilities also include marketing to existing and potential institutional investors as well as individual investors.
