Brad brings more than 15 years of experience in consultative sales leadership roles and has had significant public company interactions through the offices of investor relations, general counsel, and corporate secretary. He has helped companies navigate hot topics like governance/disclosure advisory, corporate social responsibility (CSR) development strategies, environmental, social and governance (ESG), investor relations consulting and trends, perspectives of institutional shareholders, activist shareholder positions, and activism defense strategies.
Prior to business development positions, Brad spent the previous 10 years in various roles focused on corporate banking, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate lending for large financial institutions.
