Tim Walsh , President Genuine Parts

Tim Walsh currently serves as Senior Director, Investor Relations at Genuine Parts Company. Tim joined Genuine Parts Company in April 2022 with over 15 years of experience in a variety of investor relations and financial roles.

Prior to GPC, Tim spent 11 years with The Home Depot where he supported the company’s Retail Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis teams before joining The Home Depot’s Investor Relations team. Previously, Tim was a senior consultant with FTI Consulting and an analyst in the Diversified Industries Group at Macquarie Capital.

Tim is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). He received a BA in Finance and a BA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.

Bill McCarthy , Vice President Neenah, Inc. (retired)

Bill McCarthy is retired Vice President-Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations for Neenah, Inc., a global producer of specialty materials. Bill started with Neenah in early 2004 to help to prepare the company for its November spin-off from Kimberly-Clark and its initial public stock and bond offerings. In addition to Investor Relations, Bill’s responsibilities at Neenah included financial planning and analysis, strategic planning and corporate business development/M&A.

Prior to joining Neenah, Bill worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation in various financial roles. From 1995-2003, Bill was Senior Director of Finance for the company’s Latin American Operations, with responsibility for all financial activities including analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury, and tax. During this time, he helped complete more than 25 acquisitions and/or joint ventures that resulted in Kimberly Clark’s leading position in this region. Bill also has worked as Financial Manager/Controller at one of K-C’s large consumer products mills and has held numerous other staff and business unit financial roles. Bill started in Kimberly-Clark in the Internal Audit department.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and also holds a Master of Business Administration, with emphasis in accounting, from California State University-Fullerton. Bill and his wife live in Milton, GA, have three children, and perform together in a rock band in their spare time.

James W. (Jimmy) Stewart , Secretary Asbury Investor Relations

Jimmy Stewart is a Managing Director at Asbury Investor Relations. Asbury Investor Relations is an innovative strategic communications firm offering value-added services ranging from advisory and special situation engagements to full and partial outsourcing of key investor relations functions.

Jimmy retired from Southern Company after four decades of service. While at Southern Company he was responsible for maintaining proactive communications with the investment community and Wall Street analysts that follow Southern Company and the electric utility industry.

Responsibilities also included marketing to existing and potential institutional investors as well as individual investors. He was responsible for developing communications related to the Company’s strategies.

In addition to his role at Southern Company, Jimmy held several industry leadership positions including serving on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and as Chairman of the Edison Electric Institute’s Investor Relations Group.

Throughout his career at Southern Company, Jimmy held numerous positions at Georgia Power Company and Southern Company in Corporate Accounting, Finance, Corporate Planning, Financial Planning, Treasury, Responsibility Budgeting and Cash Management.

Before joining Southern Company, he was employed by Arthur Anderson and Habif, Arogeti and Wynne.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Master’s Degree in Finance from Mercer University.

Jeff Karcher , Programs NYSE

Jeff Karcher is the Regional Head - Southeast for the New York Stock Exchange based in Atlanta, GA. Jeff joined ICE/NYSE in 2015 after spending almost 30 years working in the institutional equity research business in a variety of roles including sales, management, product development and research coordination at PaineWebber, Deutsche Bank, RBC and Knight Capital. His primary responsibilities are for the large listing client relationships in the Southeast ensuring company management understands and recognizes the unique market model which embodies the NYSE.

Jeff is also Vice President of the NIRI Atlanta Chapter and a member of the NIRI Florida Board of Directors and a member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce’s BackedbyATL initiative and a member of FinTech Atlanta. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance. Originally a native of Cleveland, Ohio, he and his wife Nancy have six children, four grandchildren and enjoys golf and the Georgia mountains.

Dan Aldridge , Programs Asbury Investor Relations

Dan is currently the Managing Partner for Asbury Investor Relations (AIR). AIR is an innovative strategic communications firm, focused on helping small and mid cap public companies to maximize their efforts with the investment community. They offer a value-added alternative to traditional IR resource models with services ranging from advisory and special situation engagements to full and partial outsourcing of key investor relations functions. He was formerly the Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where was is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision. Prior to ICE, Dan led the Investor Relations function for CF Industries, INC., based in Chicago, IL. Prior to CF, Dan helped lead the IR department at The Home Depot and had leadership roles in their internal audit/consulting and FP&A functions for over seven years. Dan started his career at UPS where he had increasing levels of responsibility in the Internal audit, and FP&A departments, including M&A. Dan is a graduate of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BA and Masters degrees in Accounting. Dan also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. He is also the President for the National Investor Relations Institution (NIRI), having served since 2013.

Clint Williams , Membership Broadridge

Clint is Senior Director of Sales, Capital Markets and Compliance for Broadridge Financial Solutions. In this role, he serves the corporate issuer and legal communities with investor communications solutions, financial printing services, SEC compliance and reporting, and shareholder engagement. He partners with investor relations, finance, and legal professionals to accelerate and streamline the process of IPO’s, M&A, SEC Compliance, and Investor Communication. Clint joined Broadridge in 2019, building on a 25 year career in sales, management, and client service to include roles at DFIN/Bowne & Co. and Labrador.

Clint graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BS in Communication Arts. Born in Atlanta, he enjoys playing guitar, golf, and family fun.

Charlotte McLaughlin , Communications Acuity Brands

Charlotte McLaughlin currently serves as Vice President, Investor Relations at Acuity Brands. Charlotte joined Acuity in January 2021 with over 15 years of experience in a variety of investor relations and communications roles. Prior to Acuity, Charlotte spent nearly 8 years with HD Supply where she led the investor relations function. Previously, Charlotte was a senior consultant with Ogilvie in New York and Maitland Communications in London and a leveraged finance analyst at JPMorgan.

Charlotte is new to the of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She received her BA in Finance and Law from the University of Manchester.

Andrew Storm , Sponsorship Delta Airlines

Andrew Storm is a Managing Director in Delta’s Investor Relations department. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining Delta’s relationships with the investment community and communicating Delta’s financial results, strategy and ESG priorities to investors.

Andrew joined Delta from Dell Secureworks where he was a Vice President and built their investor relations program. Prior to that, Andrew was a Managing Director at PJT Partners where he advised corporate client on all forms of shareholder matters, including activism defense, strategic investor relations and ESG. He has over a decade of investment experience across equities and fixed income having worked at Cortina Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Lord Abbett.

Sarah Jane Schneider , Treasurer EVO Payments

Sarah Jane has served as Senior Manager, Investor Relations at EVO Payments, Inc. since August 2018. Prior to EVO, Sarah Jane was with Adeptus Health, where she supported the company’s external communications team. Sarah Jane is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). She received a BS in Business Administration and English from Washington and Lee University.

Lyndsey Burton , Marketing/Website The Home Depot

Lyndsey Burton is Director of Investor Relations and ESG Engagement for The Home Depot, which she joined in 2015. In this role Lyndsey helps to develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations plan which includes educating the investment community on the company’s business model, strategy and financial objectives. She also oversees shareholder engagement and outreach on ESG efforts to communicate the company’s ESG strategy to the investment community.

Prior to Home Depot, she was a Senior Associate of Investor Relations at Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager and began her career as an Equity Research Associate at BMO Capital Markets.

Ms. Burton received a B.A. in Political Science and Communications, as well as M.A. in Management, from Wake Forest University.

Robin Halpern , Marketing/Website The Coca-Cola Company

Robin joined The Coca-Cola Company Investor Relations team in January 2020, and in her role as Global Director she manages the IR team, working closely with senior management and engaging with investors to communicate the company’s strategic narrative for long-term growth.

Before joining Coca-Cola and the Investor Relations world, Robin spent nearly two decades on Wall Street covering consumer staples. She was a former Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Bernstein Research where she spent 10 years in the role of Consumer Sector Strategist. In this capacity she maintained extensive buy-side and sell-side analyst relationships across the institutional investment landscape.

Prior to joining Bernstein, Robin had previous experience in similar roles at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and UBS. She received a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
